Excellent hospitality and prime location
really good servicecentral locationnarrow archway
the staff impressed me with their really good service and warm welcome.. the central location provided easy access to key attractions and the pleasure beach, it saved time and added convenience to my visit. i found the breakfast superb with quality ingredients and plenty of choice. the hosts provided excellent communication answering any questions promptly.
the parking access posed a slight challenge, the archway to the rear was narrow, requiring careful maneuvering.

the room included fresh towels for each guest and smelled clean. i found the accommodations quiet at night which was excellent. the room provided everything i needed for my stay.

The staff was REALLY helpful! I appreciated the on-site bar. It had reasonably priced drinks. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices and quality ingredients.

the host was really accommodating and welcomed us warmly. parking on-site felt secure. the breakfast included excellent coffee and a wide selection of foods , really satisfying. EVERY detail was so thoughtful.
the car park access was a little tight , but manageable with guidance.

The staff was friendly, they helped us with parking the car when we arrived. The location is grand I think. I love there was plenty of milk in the room for coffee.
The room wasn't very clean I see. I moved the bed cause my phone fell between the bed and the wall. There was carrierbag on the floor and the skirting was caked in dusts. The bed hadnt been moved in a long time I guess. There where bad staines on the carpets.

The location was great. It was close to both the beach and various shops. On-site parking was available, though it was a bit tight for larger vehicles. The staff were friendly and cute. They helped with parking and provided quick answers to my questions.
The bathroom ceiling did have a small area with some mould.

Breakfast included a hearty vegetarian option with generous portions. I really enjoyed this. The staff were very attentive during breakfast. I noticed some guests receiving packed lunches prepared by the hotel.

A bar was available with reasonably priced drinks. I found this CONVENIENT. Secure parking was provided on-site, however, the access archway was quite narrow. The hotel offered a comfortable space for evening get-togethers.

The host was friendly. He. I noticed that he went 'above and beyond' for other guests, such as preparing butties for those in a rush. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions.
